Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the store including opening and closing procedures, staff behavior and customer intake procedures
- Schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage for the store's needs
- Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to staff disputes
- Prepare and maintain sales, inventory and customer reports
- Manage inventory products by maintaining records of stock quantities on hand and ordering replacement items

Qualifications
- At least College Level
- Extensive experience providing salon services to clients
- Advanced organizational skills to manage staff, operations and finances
- Excellent communication and team-leading skills
- Detailed knowledge of the beauty industry and customer needs
- Amenable to working in Mall hours
