Job Description:
The Store Supervisor oversees daily operations to ensure the store runs smoothly and delivers excellent customer service. You will lead a team, drive sales, and uphold Bo’s Coffee’s standards for quality, efficiency, and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Store Operations Management:
- Supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Oversee opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and store ambiance.
- Sales and Customer Service:
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Meet sales targets and suggest strategies to maximize revenue.
- Handle customer concerns and feedback professionally.
- Inventory and Stock Management:
- Monitor and manage store inventory levels.
- Place timely orders to prevent stock shortages.
- Conduct regular audits to minimize wastage and losses.
- Team Leadership:
- Train, supervise, and motivate team members.
- Conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
- Schedule shifts and assign daily responsibilities.
- Financial Accountability:
- Manage cash handling, daily sales reports, and store expenses.
- Monitor operational costs and recommend efficiency improvements.
- Compliance and Standards:
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety, and quality standards.
- Implement store promotions, marketing activities, and other initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in store supervision, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of inventory management and basic financial reports.
- Flexibility to work in shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
