Store Supervisor

Job Description:
The Store Supervisor oversees daily operations to ensure the store runs smoothly and delivers excellent customer service. You will lead a team, drive sales, and uphold Bo’s Coffee’s standards for quality, efficiency, and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Store Operations Management:
• Supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and store ambiance.
• Sales and Customer Service:
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Meet sales targets and suggest strategies to maximize revenue.
• Handle customer concerns and feedback professionally.
• Inventory and Stock Management:
• Monitor and manage store inventory levels.
• Place timely orders to prevent stock shortages.
• Conduct regular audits to minimize wastage and losses.
• Team Leadership:
• Train, supervise, and motivate team members.
• Conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
• Schedule shifts and assign daily responsibilities.
• Financial Accountability:
• Manage cash handling, daily sales reports, and store expenses.
• Monitor operational costs and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Compliance and Standards:
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety, and quality standards.
• Implement store promotions, marketing activities, and other initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in store supervision, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of inventory management and basic financial reports.
• Flexibility to work in shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
