About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Senior Structural Engineer Lead to join our team. This role demands a strong foundation in structural design, leadership in engineering projects, and hands-on experience with industrial structures such as piperack structures, compressor foundations, and complex foundation systems.
As a Senior Engineer Lead, you will play a critical role in overseeing structural design work, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring engineering excellence across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and review structural design calculations, drawings, and specifications for industrial facilities.
- Provide technical direction and mentorship to design teams and junior engineers.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and project requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including construction, procurement, and project management.
- Conduct design reviews and resolve technical issues with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Participate in site inspections and provide engineering support during construction phases.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in structural design and engineering, preferably in the industrial, oil & gas, or heavy infrastructure sectors.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing piperack structures, compressor foundations, equipment foundations, and similar industrial components.
- Strong understanding of structural analysis tools (e.g., STAAD.Pro, SAP2000, ETABS, or equivalent).
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent certification preferred.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in multidisciplinary project environments.
- Familiarity with international codes and standards (e.g., AISC, ACI, ASCE).
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php70,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
