Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate student formation programs that promote discipline, integrity, and responsibility.
- Conduct investigations and gather reports on student-related cases and incidents.
- Provide counseling and guidance to students to address behavioral, academic, and personal concerns.
- Maintain proper documentation of student cases and ensure confidentiality at all times.
- Collaborate with faculty, administrators, and other offices in implementing student development initiatives.
- Assist in the enforcement of school policies, rules, and regulations in alignment with university standards.
- Organize and participate in activities, seminars, and workshops for student character development.
- Provide recommendations on cases and interventions for student welfare.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Office of Student Services.
