Onsite – Baguio City, PHAs Sub-Assembly Operator I, roles and responsibilities include:
- Perform various sub-assembly operation on AFSAs, armature and nozzle tip assemblies using a variety of processes (induction brazing, AFSA flat grinding, pressing, pressure check, sand blasting, and related deburr operations).
- Interpret and perform TMAI and CDI, EP, EI, CDP, workmanship standards and other work instructions and engineering drawings.
- Perform minor manual deburring process. (TMAI)
- Initiate identification of line problems and formulate solutions in a cell team environment
Education and Experience:
- Completed 3rd year engineering plus six (6) months sub-assembly experience; or
- Technology graduate major in machine shop (3 yrs.) plus six (6) months sub-assembly experience; or
- Engineering graduate (ECE / Electronics, IE, Electrical, Mechatronics)
