We are looking for a dedicated and hands-on Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the food production or service area, ensuring that products and services meet quality, safety, and efficiency standards. This role involves managing staff, coordinating schedules, monitoring inventory, and maintaining compliance with food safety regulations to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the day-to-day operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
- Ensure the lounge is consistently clean, and organized, and adheres to health and safety regulations.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards, addressing customer feedback and resolving concerns promptly.
- Engage with customers to ensure a welcoming and enjoyable experience at the lounge.
- Support the training, mentoring, and leadership of the Food Joint team.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, encouraging teamwork and professional development.
- Uphold and enforce company policies and procedures within the lounge.
- Ensure all team members are aware of and adhere to established guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and manage inventory to meet operational needs.
- Assist in keeping track of monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals, and report on revenue and cash flow to the Manager.
- Check timecards for endorsement to the HR Department.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the hospitality or entertainment industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, expense tracking, and profitability optimization.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in inventory management and stock control.
