Remarkablism Services Corporation is looking for a dedicated and experienced recruiter who will be joining our team.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Conduct targeted searches to find candidates with the right skills and qualifications for open positions.
- Knowledge on sourcing strategies on social media and specialized professional websites like Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Knowledge on applicant tracking systems
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.
- Provide a high level of customer service to candidates throughout the sourcing process.
- Acting as a point of contact between hiring managers and candidates
- End to end recruiting process coordination and assist with other recruitment-related tasks as needed.
Job Qualifications and Skill Sets:
- Has a proven background in recruitment or other similar positions.
- Knowledge on sourcing strategies on social media and specialized professional websites like Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Knowledge on applicant tracking systems
- Practical knowledge of the employment boards like Monster and Indeed
- Screened candidates profiles and job applications
- Has a excellent communication skills
- Willing to work onsite/office-based
