This unique opportunity is for a Junior Supply Chain Associate. This position involves playing a crucial role in supporting procurement, logistics, and inventory management operations. The selected candidate will work closely with various internal teams, participate in special projects, and contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
- Procurement Support: Aid in the procurement process, including vendor and SKU set-up, soliciting quotes, and executing purchase orders.
- Vendor Communication: Work closely with suppliers to track order confirmation and each key PO milestone status, resolve issues, consolidate invoices and PMTs, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Logistics Coordination: Assist in logistics activities, including shipment tracking, customs clearance, and transportation coordination.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, safety stock, and reconcile various discrepancies.
- Data Entry/Analysis: Input data and cleanse. Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Find out outliers, identify better/worse situations and root causes.
- Documentation: Keep accurate records and documentation related to procurement, logistics, and inventory management activities.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work together with internal teams, including purchasing, operations, and finance, to support supply chain initiatives and projects.
- Special Projects: Participate in special projects as assigned by the Global Supply Chain Manager or other members of the supply chain team.
Work Schedule
The position is for a graveyard shift.
Ideal Candidate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience in various aspects of global supply chain management, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation related to procurement, logistics, and inventory management activities.
- Strong collaboration skills to work with internal teams, including purchasing, operations, and finance, to support supply chain initiatives and projects.
