JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure timely and cost-efficient supply of all products and equipment based on required specifications
- Guarantee compliance with regulatory bodies and procurement standards
- Oversee supply and procurement processes across business unit operations
- Coordinate between suppliers and operational units for seamless procurement
- Manage contractor and supplier relationships to optimize supply chain efficiency
- Source products with a competitive edge in the marketplace
- Negotiate supplier contracts for the best cost, service, and conditions
- Monitor direct imports, customs, and licensing requirements
- Supervise warehouse stock levels, including perishables and dry goods
- Provide cost analysis, logistics reporting, and materials management updates
- Collaborate with production and sales for menu and product development
- Maintain accurate supply data and market forecasts in the system
- Participate in strategic projects related to business unit operations
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in supply chain or procurement, preferably in airline catering, hospitality, or F&B environments
- Strong knowledge in food supply, material costing, import regulations, and supply agreement processes
- Skilled in negotiations, procurement systems, and Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong business acumen
- Problem-solving abilities in dynamic and standardized situations
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
HIRING PROCESS:
- Onsite Interview (can take more than 1 day depending on availability)
- Interview flow: HR Manager > Managing Director > President (for Manager roles)
- Allow 3 days to process visitor pass for interview schedule

Pay: Php90,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
