- Bachelor’s degree holder preferably a graduate of BS Psychology/ Human Resource Management or any 4 year college course related to Business Management/Administration
- With at least 1 year experience as Recruitment Specialist
- With strong background in Recruitment
- Knowledgeable in test administration and assessment
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, multitasking and time-management skills
- Ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently
- Must be organized, accurate, thorough and able to monitor work quality
- With passion in training
- Ability to work with high confidential information
