The Role
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will report to and work closely with the Talent Manager - Strategic Engagement and Partnerships (Manila) and work across all areas of the business supporting end to end recruitment and selection. You will support the Talent Engagement team and Strategic Engagement and Partnerships (SEP) team in all aspects of talent acquisition activity including SEP administrative tasks. You will form part of a team that seeks to attract the right people and strongly align with our organisational values. Responsibilities will include:
- Support end-to-end recruitment and sourcing of qualified talent for the Asia Pacific region;
- Develop excellent rapport and work closely with Corporate staff and program teams’ in drafting job advertisements, assess applications, screen candidates and coordinate interviews;
- Support and manage the selection process, including longlisting, phone screening, scheduling interviews and managing all necessary compliance checks;
- Coordinate and place job advertisements on various platforms including Taleo, LinkedIN and all other platforms while actively sourcing new platforms;
- Provide administrative support, and coordinate recruitment related tasks in supporting our strategic talent engagement team. This includes assisting the Talent Manager in conducting Taleo training where required;
- Provide general administration support to the SEP team. This may include travel arrangements;
- Uphold principles of inclusion, diversity, and non-bias throughout all stages of the recruitment and selection process, ensuring they are actively integrated into hiring practices;
- Leverage technology and the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to efficiently manage candidate pipelines and streamline ongoing recruitment efforts;
- All other related duties as required.
About You
- You will have 3-5 years’ experience in previous talent acquisition or coordination roles, ideally having recruited in international development with Human Resources, Communications, Business degree or other relevant courses;
- Experience in end to end recruitment support roles would be advantageous;
- You are detail-oriented and a proactive administrative professional with the ability to multi-task effectively;
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to capture and transcribe information accurately;
- Strong organisational and time management skills;
- Professional discretion and the ability in maintaining confidentiality;
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Taleo or any other ATS would be advantageous;
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced compliance, recruitment and talent environment;
- Work experience in a professional corporate or international development setting would be ideal (desirable).
