About the Role:
We’re looking for a Talent & Operations Assistant to take charge of screening, interviewing, and training new hires for our remote call center team. During downtime, you'll also help with simple tasks like confirming appointments or supporting backend operations.
This is a key support role with growth potential for someone who’s organized, proactive, and people-focused.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct interviews with new applicants and assist in screening
- Coordinate and lead onboarding and training for new hires
- Monitor trainee performance and support ongoing development
- Help update and maintain hiring and training records
- Assist with basic call-related tasks like appointment confirmations when needed
- Flag performance or training concerns and help resolve them
- Collaborate with management to improve hiring and training systems
- Support day-to-day operations as needed
Qualifications:
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Prior experience in interviewing, training, or HR support
- Comfortable speaking on Teams and managing interviews
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Reliable internet (25 MB/s minimum) and quiet work environment
- Experience in a call center, recruitment, or admin setting is a big plus
- Proactive, dependable, and eager to grow with the team
