Bestie Express is a small but growing logistics company managing multiple small businesses that require efficient tax compliance and financial oversight. We are looking for a Tax Compliance Associate to handle BIR tax filings, government compliance, and financial record-keeping while working closely with our small but dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and file BIR tax returns (monthly, quarterly, and annual), including VAT, Percentage Tax, and Withholding Tax.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax compliance using BIR eBIRForms and eFPS.
- Process tax payments and coordinate with BIR for documentation and requirements.
- Maintain organized financial records, tax reports, and compliance documents.
- Assist in expense tracking, reconciliation, and financial statement preparation.
- Stay updated on BIR tax regulations and assist in ensuring the business remains compliant.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- At least one (1) year of experience in BIR tax compliance and filings.
- Familiarity with VAT, Percentage Tax, Withholding Tax, and government-mandated reports.
- Knowledge of BIR eFPS, eBIRForms, and tax filing platforms.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a small business setting.
- Experience in a small business, SME, or logistics environment is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
