Primary Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team to achieve operational and performance goals.
- Act as the primary point of contact between team members, management, and clients when necessary.
- Monitor individual and team performance to ensure productivity, quality, and efficiency standards are consistently met.
- Conduct regular coaching and mentoring sessions to develop skills and enhance performance.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and supportive work environment aligned with MedGather’s values.
Operational Oversight
- Ensure that daily tasks, client deliverables, and operational targets are met according to company policies and client requirements.
- Analyze reports and performance metrics to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.
- Assist in resource allocation, scheduling, and workload distribution to maintain operational efficiency.
- Coordinate closely with Operations Managers and HR to address performance issues and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Prepare regular reports on team performance and escalate concerns to management as needed.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements, training needs, and workflow optimization based on performance data.
Training & Development
- Support HR and the Learning & Development (L&D) team in onboarding new hires within the team.
- Conduct refresher training sessions to ensure process knowledge and service standards are maintained.
- Identify team members’ skill gaps and coordinate with L&D for tailored training programs.
Conflict Resolution & Employee Support
- Address team issues, conflicts, and concerns promptly and fairly, in compliance with MedGather policies and the Philippine Labor Code.
- Act as a mediator between employees and management to maintain a harmonious workplace.
- Provide timely feedback and guidance to employees struggling with performance or attendance issues.
Compliance & Policy Enforcement
- Ensure team adherence to MedGather’s Employee Handbook, company policies, and client protocols.
- Enforce attendance, communication, and behavioral standards in line with Philippine labor regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- At least two (2) years of Team Lead experience
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
- BPO experience under a healthcare account is an advantage but not required
Work Setup: Onsite (I.T. Park, Cebu City), Graveyard shift
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
