Job Description
- Supervise a team of Back-Office Associates handling document review and downloading tasks
- Monitor daily productivity, accuracy, and timeliness of deliverables
- Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure team members follow proper processes
- Perform quality checks to maintain compliance and data accuracy
- Assign workloads, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met
- Communicate with management regarding performance, challenges, and process improvements
- Motivate the team to stay focused and consistent when handling high-volume, repetitive tasks
- Handle escalation issues and ensure smooth workflow operations
Requirements
- At least 6 months of Team Lead/Supervisory experience in a back-office, administrative, or operations role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic proficiency with MS Office and Outlook
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to manage repetitive tasks while ensuring quality and productivity
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Flexible and able to adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines
