Position: Team Leader
Reports to: Operations Supervisor / Business Owner
Oversees: Multiple branches
The Team Leader ensures smooth operations across multiple branches by leading teams, improving sales, and maintaining quality and efficiency. This role bridges store-level operations with management strategies, focusing on team performance, cost control, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring SOP compliance, service quality, and efficiency.
- Supervise and support Team Leaders and baristas, ensuring smooth teamwork and performance.
- Monitor branch sales, control expenses, and safeguard COGS to maximize profitability.
- Ensure proper stock levels, reduce waste, and coordinate with suppliers.
- Maintain high service quality and handle escalated customer concerns.
- Submit weekly and monthly reports on branch performance and operational updates.
Qualifications & Skills
- At least 2-3 years of experience in F&B or retail leadership (e.g., TL, Branch Manager, Area TL).
- Strong team management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of sales performance tracking, inventory, and cost control.
- Ability to train and develop store teams for continuous improvement.
