KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Sales Execution
- Oversee the daily sales operation of the assigned territory or geographical area.
- Maintain 100% stock availability in the territory
- Ensure sales target are met on a monthly basis with the corresponding acceptable contribution margin.
- Drive and defend the sales through selling to developers, contractors and architects in the region.
- Generate sales leads to create sell out opportunity
- Expand project pipeline through constant aggregations, presentation for Developers, contractors and architects in the region.
- Effectively close sales opportunity and endorse it to our channel partner in the territory
- Proactively develop market demand through site services such as training and presentations.
- Diligently observe market trend and competition
- Coordinate closely with other department such as marketing, finance and operations
B. Reporting
- Create an account plan for channel partners
- Update territory factbook on a monthly basis
- Document project opportunity activity and status in SFDC.
- Present monthly territory update to all company stake holders
- Submit monthly forecast
- On time monthly reimbursement and liquidation
- Record Keeping - Accountable for the maintenance & safekeeping of all company records
QUALIFICATIONS
- Willingness and ability to travel within the respective territory assignment
- Previous experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales
- Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
- Negotiation and problem solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
