Opportunity Overview
As a Test Engineer you will work closely with Electro-mechanical assemblers and Test technicians for assembly and FCT processes implementation and issues resolution.
- Accountable for test equipment programs, validation and verification, upgrade and/or repair.
- Work closely with other engineers and other divisions for process and quality improvements.
- Uses all digital and analog electronic test equipment and test systems to do system failure investigation and debugging.
- Develop containment and corrective actions to assist product quality improvements.
- Guides or assists critical projects that sustain operations
- May assist new product transfers.
- SQA - Supplier Quality Assurance and remote anssistance to other OPS site/regions
- Other roles include asset utilization, participation in quality improvement initiatives and improvement of the failure investigation process.

- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering or equivalent courses
- High reasoning skills
- High sense of urgency.
- Capable of interfacing with cross-functional teams across different levels of the organization.
- Solid software and hardware troubleshooting skills (e.g. C++, Visual Basic).
- Flexible and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
