Scope of Work: Creative Assistant (with AI & Automation Focus)
Creative & Design Support
- Submit and manage design briefs via No Limit Creative’s platform
- Review video and static assets for brand alignment, typography, formatting, and overall quality
- Source imagery, competitor ads, and creative inspiration for use in briefs and mood boards
- Build and maintain Milanote boards to visualize campaign concepts and directions
- Repurpose creative elements using smart tools like Canva Magic and Adobe Firefly
AI & Automation Integration
- Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Sora, Midjourney, DALL·E) to:
- Generate visuals for design concepts
- Produce quick mockups or drafts
- Brainstorm taglines, copy, and creative directions
- Leverage automation platforms like Zapier or Make to:
- Streamline file sorting, naming, and archiving in Google Drive
- Auto-generate design brief templates from tools like ClickUp or Airtable
- Push real-time updates from Superads or Google Sheets to Slack/Email
- Explore additional automation opportunities across reporting, file management, and briefing workflows
Project Management & Organization
- Keep Google Drive organized: rename files, archive assets, and prepare folders for cross-functional use
- Assist in compiling and maintaining creative performance reports
- Create and update client-facing dashboards and reporting tools in Superads
- Help manage and structure data for seamless internal and external collaboration
Position Details
- Part-time, 20 hours per week
