Join our Operations team to streamline client lifecycle processes and lead cross-functional projects across Mindful Ventures and portfolio companies like Teleios and Rabbit Hole Media Lab. This role drives operational excellence across multiple organizations.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and optimize client onboarding/offboarding
- Standardize lifecycle workflows and documentation
- Support cross-portfolio operations initiatives and share best practices
- Manage projects end-to-end: timelines, KPIs, budgets
- Align stakeholders, communicate updates, and drive strategic goals
What You Bring:
- 3–5 years in project management (marketing or services preferred)
- Experience managing multi-team projects
- Strong client lifecycle and operations background
- Clear communicator; expert in PM tools (Asana)
- Strategic, detail-oriented, and process-driven
Bonus Points:
- Background in agencies or creative services
- Change management and operations metrics experience
- Collaborative leadership style
