QUALIFICATIONS:
● A Bachelor’s Degree in either Human Resources, Training and Development, Education, Business Administration or a related field.
● Minimum of 2 years’ experience in designing, delivering and evaluating training programs
● Hands on experience or familiarity in managing and implementing Learning Management System (LMS)
● In-depth knowledge of adult learning principles, training methodologies, and instructional design techniques.
● Strong knowledge on Microsoft Office platforms
● Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
● Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
● Ability to assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness
● Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Manage comprehensive logistics for training programs such as communication, scheduling training sessions, attendance, progress tracking, assessments, and overall program success
● Work closely with HR and Operations to identify gaps in employee skills and knowledge through assessments and feedback and develop training programs effectively.
● Develop comprehensive training programs
● Facilitate training sessions and workshops using different methodologies to foster comprehensive employee skill and knowledge enhancement.
● Ensure that all training programs comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
● Evaluate the impact of development programs and implement make necessary improvements.
● Performs other duties assigned
