Truck Scheduling & Dispatching
- Schedule trucks for pickups and deliveries.
- Assign routes to drivers based on delivery timelines and efficiency.
- Ensure optimal use of truck fleet to minimize downtime and costs.
Driver Coordination
- Communicate with drivers regarding assignments, schedules, and routes.
- Monitor driver hours to comply with legal driving time regulations.
- Ensure drivers follow safety and company procedures.
Load Management
- Verify correct loading of goods based on weight and type of cargo.
- Coordinate with warehouse or loading dock staff for timely truck loading/unloading.
Fleet Monitoring
- Track truck locations using GPS or fleet management software.
- Monitor fuel usage, mileage, and truck performance.
- Report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all truck and driver documentation is up-to-date (licenses, permits, insurance).
- Maintain logs of dispatch activities, deliveries, and driver records.
- Comply with transportation laws and company policies.
Problem Solving
- Address delays, reroute trucks if needed, and solve on-road issues.
- Communicate with clients about delays or rescheduling if necessary.
Communication
- Serve as a liaison between drivers, logistics personnel, customers, and suppliers.
- Provide updates on delivery status and resolve customer inquiries.
Reporting
- Generate and analyze performance reports on deliveries, costs, and operational efficiency.
- Suggest process improvements to management.
Qualifications:
· License Restriction is up to 8 (but not required)
· Can Drive 4 Wheels
· College Graduate of Any Course
· Must have a background in a logistics company
· Can Start Asap
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php22,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month
