JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Prepares document for verification, pre-plotting and computation of expenses and plans or schedules the possible routes for multiple assignments;
· Do research and investigation of property for validity of location neighborhood and ownership of the property within the City/Municipal Assessor’s Office on the areas concerned;
· Conducts measurement, ocular inspection on the improvements, neighborhood data gathering (includes: vicinity maps, street marks and landmarks labeling);
· Gathering of market data of comparable properties and other related literature necessary for property valuation (Brokers, Agents, Owners and Bank Appraisers)
· Market data research and gathering through telephone conversation with broker, agents, owners, etc.
· Determining fair market value of the property either of the three approaches to value (Market Data, Cost Approach and Income Approach to value)
· Perform such other task that may be assigned to you from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Property Appraisal.
Good in oral & written communication skills
Licensed Real estate appraiser is an advantage.
Basic AutoCAD is an advantage
Must be proficient in using Computer application for plotting of TCT technical description
Driving motorcycle/motor vehicle with driver's license is an advantage
Of good moral character.
