You will play a significant role in business support by performing various and complex administrative assignments requested by client servicing teams, such as:
- Prepare and review corporate draft documents within agreed deadlines;
- Coordinate with colleagues worldwide to gather required information and legal documentation;
- Assist in making updates of internal database systems;
- Track and report progress of your corporate tasks and assignments;
- Perform various other administrative assignments per request of client servicing teams and coordinate work with other Citco locations.
Qualification:
- College or University degree (can be fresh graduate);
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications;
- Excellent English and French communication skills (both written and verbal);
- Flexible, proactive, keen attention to details and team player;
