I. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Develop and effectively implement both long-term and short-term business analysis strategy and plan in collaboration with the Senior Executive Officers/Chief Officers of the company.[MAB1]
B. Ensure that the functions and dealings of all departments within the organization are aligned with the approved corporate strategy and/or business plan laid out by the Top Management.[MAB2]
C. Identify and ensure that corporate risks and opportunities are effectively addressed based on direction set by the management.
D. Coordinate with concerned departments in order to make informed decision-making for annual budget allocation within the organization.
E. Research, evaluate and suggest new systems improvements.
F. Monitor requirement for appropriate systems in performance measurement, tracking, reporting and other information technology structures to ensure data integrity and transparency.
G. Develop corporate performance measurement tools, conduct sound analysis of corporate performance measurements and indicators; and design improvement plan on corporate performances that are below set targets.[MAB3]
H. Help to maintain a results-based, effective and efficient management system and organizational structure.
II. SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Prepare documentation, materials and presentations related to corporate planning activities.
B. Monitor, create and submit over-all corporate performance reports.
C. Ensure that all employees understand and connected with the corporate mission, vision, values, goals and objectives of the company.
D. Prepare and review external service contracts or agreements.
E. Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
III. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
A. College Graduate preferably of Management Accounting, Business Administration or any business-related course
B. With at least 5-year extensive experience in corporate planning and; budget and financial management
C. Work background in food manufacturing an advantage but not required
D. Analytical, result-driven and knowledgeable in doing estimation and forecasting
E. Excellent interpersonal relationship skills and can build partnership across all levels in the company
F. With ability to do multi-tasking and can manage high pressure work environment
G. Good command of spoken and written English
H. Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
