Key Responsibilities:
- Support US healthcare providers and clinics.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Ensure all correspondence is managed in line with HIPAA regulations and client-specific protocols.
- Accurately document and update patient records and interaction details.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the BPO industry.
- Prior experience in US healthcare is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts aligned with US business hours.
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance standards is a strong advantage.
