Position: Vicidial Support Specialist

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Vicidial Support Specialist to manage our dialer and VOIP systems and provide technical support to our team. Responsibilities include:
- IT support for dialer and VOIP management
- Activate caller IPs before and during shifts; maintain tracking sheets
- Manage DIDs and CID groups on dialers and portals (activation, deactivation, replacement)
- Monitor VOIP usage, report daily consumption, and troubleshoot call-related issues
- Upload, delete, and manage call recordings upon request
- Perform list uploads, remove duplicates, and send list results
- Create and delete user credentials; maintain and update access logs
- Coordinate with service providers for projections and renewals
- Assist agents in troubleshooting their equipment for client duties
- Perform other IT-related tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Vicidial or similar dialer platform (required)
- At least 1 year of experience in IT support, VOIP systems, or dialer management
- Strong understanding of Vicidial, VOIP systems, DIDs, SIP, and IP management
- Familiar with call center technologies and resolving call flow issues
- Proficient in Gmail, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Excel
- Basic knowledge of user access control and data management
- High attention to detail, problem-solving, and accuracy
- Able to prioritize and respond to live technical issues efficiently
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Must have a valid NBI clearance (high integrity is a must)
Equipment Requirements:
- Laptop/Desktop: Intel or AMD processor with 64-bit support, minimum 8 GB RAM
- Headset: Noise-canceling computer headset
- Webcam: High-resolution
- Internet: Wired connection with at least 10 Mbps speed
- Software: Microsoft Office, PDF Reader, AnyDesk, Google Drive, Discord, Zoom
