Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls and outgoing telephone calls.
Maintain contact list and keep them up to date.
Organize scheduled meetings and appointments.
Manage client's email and calendar.
Prepare reports and documents.
Research and data entry.
Requirements:
BPO Experienced / Customer Service
Excellent command of English both oral and written.
Trustworthy.
Must have high attention to detail.
Very organized.
Fast Learner
With Initiative
Tech Savvy
Very proficient in Microsoft Office.
Have a fast and reliable PC or Laptop.
Noise-canceling headphones.
Video and mouse capabilities.
