Qualifications:
* College graduate of any 4-year course
* At least two years of Admin or CSR work experience (Non-VA/office setting experience); fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
* Open to work US business hours
* Excellent VERBAL and WRITTEN English communication skills
* Good management, organizational, and planning skills
* Proactive and professional attitude
* Fast learner/willing to learn
* Proficient in Microsoft or Google Suite applications
* Prior experience as an administrative and customer service assistant a plus
* Philippine residents only
* Looking for full-time work and permanent work from home
Technical Requirements:
* Internet- at least 20mbps download speed and 10mbps upload speed; with a backup internet connection
* Laptop or PC - at least i5 7th gen with 8GB of RAM and Windows 11 OS or MacOS equivalent
