Responsibilities:
- Perform various administrative tasks
- Handle confidential information
- Prepare any required forms and keep electronic records
- Manage and organize mailboxes
- Navigate and maintain project management software
- Working with trades to get their documentation, etc.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills fluently in the English Language.
- Can handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision
- Must have experience with relevant computer-aided administrative software.
- Can do office-based
