- Prepares food and non-food materials in accordance with opening kitchen procedures and product standards.
- Prepares products by strictly following standard procedures.
- Carries out closing procedures accurately and efficiently.
- Maintains cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen, stockroom, gas area, and all other store premises at all times.
- Assists in receiving deliveries by accurately counting all food, non-food, and product items from suppliers.
- Organizes stocks in the stockroom according to standard stocking procedures.
