Job Summary:
The Warehouse and Support Staff is responsible for the end-to-end handling of inventory, order
processing, and administrative support related to dispatch, documentation, and sales
coordination. This role ensures accurate receiving, storage, and issuance of materials, while
also assisting in timely shipping, product tagging, data recording, and communication between
departments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Warehouse Operations
● Receive and verify deliveries against receiving reports.
● Label, tag, and store items in designated warehouse locations to prevent mix-ups.
● Prepare and issue materials based on Material Requisition Issuance Slips (MRIS) and
Sales Orders.
● Ensure items are promptly forwarded to the production or dispatching section.
● Assist in unloading deliveries and maintaining organized storage.
● Participate in regular inventory counts and ensure stock accuracy.
● Maintain cleanliness and order through regular 5S implementation.
2. Order Fulfillment & Dispatch Support
● Prepare items for delivery to customers and internal departments.
● Coordinate with dispatchers and couriers to ensure on-time delivery.
● Act as delivery helper when needed and ensure all items are accounted for upon
handover.
● Monitor outgoing shipments and provide updates to concerned teams.
● Ensure ecommerce and online sales orders are packed and dispatched accurately and
on time.
3. Support & Administrative Functions
● Assist in encoding and tracking orders using internal systems.
● Ensure accurate documentation of item movement (incoming and outgoing).
●Support sales and operations teams by preparing product samples or required materials.
● Help coordinate order requirements between warehouse, production, and sales
departments.
● Maintain detailed daily reports such as:
○ Items Preparation Report
4. Quality & Coordination
● Check item conditions and ensure quality before release.
● Respond to internal queries from different departments related to logistics and inventory.
● Help minimize errors by double-checking for duplicate or incorrect orders.
● Communicate any shortages, delays, or concerns to supervisors in a timely manner.
5. General Tasks
● Respond to queries from internal departments.
● Assist in cross-departmental logistics coordination.
● Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:Education:
● At least college level; completion of any logistics or warehouse-related training is an
advantage.
Experience:
● Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
● Experience with administrative support or ecommerce fulfillment is a plus.
Skills and Requirements:
● Computer literate (Excel, inventory systems, basic encoding)
● Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
● Good physical and medical condition
● Effective communication and coordination abilities
● Knowledge in basic warehousing procedures and product handling
Work Environment:
● Warehouse setting with occasional admin/office support duties
● May require lifting and standing for extended periods
● Must be willing to work extended hours or weekends during peak operations
Reporting and Supervision:
● Reports directly to the Warehouse Head and Operations Manager
● Works closely with dispatch, sales, production, and logistics staff
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
