- Knowledge in using SAP Software
- Supervise incoming and outgoing shipments and update stock records to ensure the availability of items.
- Assemble and pack them for delivery.
- Filing docs such as DR, SI, BS, PO, QUOTATION, and receipts
- Monitoring daily inventory of the products/ item
- Mark materials with identifying information using appropriate methods.
- Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in the delivery area.
- Look through work orders to determine the type and quantity of items to be picked
- Assist in other departments as needed
- Encoding Daily Report
- Releasing Devices
- Making DELIVERY RECEIPT (DR)
- Monitoring Conference
- Assist Client Pickup
- Arranging stock
- Order Purchase
- Checking Received Device
Qualification
- Bachelor's/College Degree graduate
- At least 1-2 years work experience as Warehouse Assistant
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php17,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
