JOB SUMMARY: The Warehouse Specialist supports the Warehouse Officer in managing daily warehouse operations, including order handling, packing, organizing, and dispatch. This role also takes on a leadership function by helping monitor team performance and ensuring smooth operations alongside the Warehouse Officer—or stepping in to oversee warehouse activities in their absence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing warehouse operations, including cleanliness, maintenance, and safety.
- Support and supervise packing and dispatching of orders across platforms.
- Monitor team performance and help ensure warehouse staff follow proper procedures.
- Conduct quality and quantity checks on incoming and outgoing goods.
- Help maintain accurate inventory records and participate in routine physical counts.
- Ensure all warehouse documents are properly filed and updated.
- Monitoring of liquidation documents for Warehouse team for submission to Retail Department
- Report damaged items or discrepancies to the Warehouse Officer.
- Take lead in daily operations when the Warehouse Officer is unavailable.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of warehouse processes and systems.
Qualifications:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in warehouse or inventory operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft tools – Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail with leadership potential.
- Great organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative when needed.
- Familiarity with SAP inventory systems is a plus.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
