The Opportunity
We are looking for an Account Executive who is passionate about culture, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will play a key role in managing client relationships, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring that projects are delivered with excellence and cultural relevance.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
- Coordinate campaign deliverables including creative, media, PR, and digital assets, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Translate client goals into clear briefs and actionable plans for the agency team.
- Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and proactively flag issues or opportunities.
- Support research and insights efforts, contributing to culturally relevant strategies.
- Collaborate with creative, media, and production teams to deliver high-quality campaigns that resonate with multicultural audiences.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and brainstorm sessions.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of account management, client services, or project coordination experience (agency experience a plus).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A passion for multicultural marketing and curiosity about diverse communities.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Comfortable using project management tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
