Qualifications:
- Language proficiency: B2 (JLPT N1/N2)
- At least 1-2 years B2B/Account Management experience
- Experience providing multi-channel support preferred (phone, chat, email, web)
- Knowledgeable in CRM tools (preferred)
- Amenable to work in BGC, Taguig
