Salary Package: 90,000 - 110,000 based candidate work experience
- 90,000 - Profile: Japanese language- minimum 2 years CC experience (Non-Native Speaker Package)
- 100,000 - Profile: Japanese language- minimum 2 years’ CC experience (Native Speaker Package)
- 100,000 - Profile: Japanese language- with Fraud experience (Japanese- with Fraud experience)
- 110,000 - Profile: Japanese language- with Fraud experience (Native Speaker Package)

Job Qualifications:
- B2 and above CEFR
- Japanese-speaking customer experts, N1/N2/ N3 proficiency (open to both native and non-native speakers)
- At least 2 years of call center experience OR 6 months of fraud analyst experience
- Amenable to work onsite
- Amenable to go onsite for face to face interview
