We are seeking a results-driven Oracle NetSuite Account Manager to manage client relationships, drive growth, and ensure client success through the effective use of Oracle NetSuite solutions. In this role, you will act as the key point of contact for existing customers, identifying opportunities to expand their use of NetSuite and helping them realize maximum value from their investment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned Oracle NetSuite customers.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for the customer, understanding their business needs and how NetSuite can meet those needs.
- Drive account growth through upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.
- Collaborate with solution consultants, project managers, and technical teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular account reviews to ensure customers are leveraging NetSuite effectively and identify new opportunities for engagement.
- Maintain a strong understanding of Oracle NetSuite’s product suite and stay up to date on new features and functionality.
- Act as the liaison between the client and internal teams to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals tailored to client needs and business challenges.
- Meet or exceed sales and account growth targets.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success—preferably with ERP or SaaS solutions.
- Prior experience with Oracle NetSuite is strongly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong business acumen and consultative selling ability.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- NetSuite certification or training.
- Experience working in a consulting or professional services firm.
- Background in finance, accounting, supply chain, or similar business areas.
- Familiarity with cloud-based business applications and SaaS sales cycles.

Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
