We are seeking a proactive and client-oriented Account Officer to play a key role in driving business growth and strengthening client relationships. This position blends customer servicing, marketing support, and operational coordination to ensure a seamless client experience while contributing to the company’s overall objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients through referrals, business networks, and partnerships.
- Conduct preliminary assessments, including background and credit checks.
- Guide clients through the full engagement cycle—from initial inquiry to contract renewal.
- Present products and services in a clear, compelling, and professional manner.
- Collect client feedback and propose tailored solutions to address their needs.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across private and public sectors.
- Organize and participate in product presentations, orientations, and client events.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to support marketing strategies.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and lead-generation activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare, process, and manage client-related legal and financial documents.
- Keep detailed and well-organized client files, communication records, and transaction logs.
- Produce timely reports, including:
- Weekly activity updates
- Monthly performance targets and results
- Progress reports and client portfolio summaries
- Recommend improvements to processes based on operational insights and customer feedback.
- Provide general administrative support and perform other tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role, preferably in financial services, lending, or client relations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advantage: Existing client network or established business connections.
