Job Purpose:
To develop and implement sales and marketing strategies aimed at acquiring new clients, maintaining existing accounts, and promoting the agency’s manpower services to target industries, ensuring revenue growth and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management
- Identify and approach potential clients requiring manpower services (local clients).
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct client needs assessment and propose suitable manpower solutions.
- Negotiate service agreements and ensure all contracts are compliant with labor regulations.
2. Sales Planning and Achievement
- Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans aligned with agency goals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to remain competitive.
3. Marketing and Brand Promotion
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online, print, events) to promote manpower services.
- Initiates creatives, and events that can help uplifting employer branding.
- Oversee job postings and promotional materials to ensure accuracy, professionalism, and compliance with Company Standards, and DOLE.
- Represent the agency at job fairs, business expos, and industry networking events.
4. Coordination and Reporting
- Work closely with the recruitment and deployment teams to ensure smooth client servicing.
- Provide regular sales and marketing reports to management, including leads, conversions, and revenue updates.
- Recommend process improvements for client engagement and marketing effectiveness.
5. Compliance and Ethical Standards
- Ensure all sales and marketing activities are aligned with DOLE labor advisories.
- Strictly avoid any practices that may be construed as illegal recruitment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, HR Management, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the recruitment or manpower industry.
- Knowledge of DOLE and other labor-related regulations is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and social media marketing tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Php10,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 9 per week
