We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Account Manager to drive our B2B initiatives in the beauty and wellness space. For this role, you are someone with a strong commercial mindset who can manage relationships with resellers, retail partners, and institutional clients. This role combines account management, sales, and category advisory to help our B2B clients grow their beauty and wellness offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management & Client Servicing
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with B2B clients, including distributors and resellers
- Serve as the main point of contact for all client needs, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
- Ensure consistent client satisfaction through timely delivery, product support, and after-sales service.
Sales & Business Development
- Identify, qualify, and close new B2B opportunities within assigned segments or territories.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting new product listings, brand bundles, and promotions.
- Cross-sell and upsell relevant products to maximize order value and category growth per client.
Strategic Account Planning
- Develop tailored growth plans for key clients based on their target market, pricing strategy, and product mix.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to recommend assortments and merchandising support.
- Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, inventory management, marketing, and logistics.
Coordination & Reporting
- Ensure timely order processing, invoicing, and delivery coordination in partnership with operations.
- Track sales performance per account and report on KPIs and targets regularly.
- Maintain accurate client records, contracts, and engagement history.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Development, Business, or equivalent
- With at least 2 years of experience in B2B sales and account management, preferably in the beauty, personal care, or FMCG sectors.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage client relationships at various levels.
- Experience using CRM tools and sales reporting platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong coordination skills to work cross-functionally with logistics, marketing, and finance teams.
- Available to work extended hours.
