Toyota Motor Philippines is looking for Compensation & Benefits Staff to join our Compensation and Benefits team based in Santa Rosa City, Laguna, Philippines.
The Compensation & Benefits Staff is part of the Human Resources Department that is responsible for developing, maintaining, reviewing, and updating employee benefits.
In this role, you are expected to oversee employee compensation and benefits, compensation databases and statutory requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage the administration of employee benefits programs, including insurances, company uniform and other voluntary benefits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of compensation and benefits initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support to team members regarding compensation and benefits-related matters
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to compensation and benefits programs.
- Keep abreast with new trend and best practice in the field.
Our perfect match:
- Must have a bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or equivalent fields with a strong focus on Compensation & Benefits.
- You are capable of clearly conveying information and ideas through a variety of media to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message.
- You use appropriate interpersonal styles and techniques to gain acceptance of ideas or plans, modifying one's own behavior to accommodate tasks, situations and individuals involved.
- You maintain effectiveness when experiencing major changes in work tasks or the work environment; adjust to work within new work structures, processes, requirements, or cultures.
- You can make customers and their needs a primary focus of one's actions; developing and sustaining productive customer relationships.
- You can develop and use collaborative relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals.
