Job Summary:
The Accountant is responsible for managing financial records, preparing accurate reports, ensuring compliance with government regulations, and supporting the company’s financial stability and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, examine, and analyze financial statements and reports.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of assets, liabilities, income, and expenditures.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and government requirements.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and file tax returns, BIR reports, and other government-mandated submissions.
- Monitor budgets, cash flow, and financial forecasts.
- Provide financial advice and support to management for decision-making.
- Assist in audits and coordinate with external auditors when required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field. (Fresh Graduates are welcome)
- Proven work experience as an Accountant or in a related role is a Plus but not required
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Excel, QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and integrity.
