QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant
- Newly board passers are welcome to apply
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications and BIR
- Good in verbal and written communication
- Willing to start immediately
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Updating the prices and other details per block and lot and communicating to different departments
- Preparation of inventory report and accounting schedules on a monthly basis
- Assist in the preparation of the financial statements on a quarterly basis
- Preparation of the expanded witholding tax alphalist
- Performs various finance-related functions and other responsibilities as delegated by the manager and CFO
