- Provides administrative support and executive support to ensure efficient operation of office.
- Provides information by answering questions and requests.
- Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
- Proposal Making, Files editing and encoding, Resume Update others as the need arises.
- Handles pettycash liquidation
- Schedule face to face and virtual meetings
- Book travel arrangements
- Supervise, manages and dispatches maintenance staff
- Monitors all local government documents for renewal
Others as the need arises.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
- Can do multi tasking
- Bachelors Degree in Management or any related course.
- Has at least two years relevant experience but fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Can work with minimal supervision

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
