Responsibilities
Administrative Duties:
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory;
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls;
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documents;
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements; and
- Handle employee records management and payroll computation. • Perform other clerical tasks as needed.
Accounting Duties:
- Assist in processing invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements;
- Record financial transactions in accounting software or ledgers;
- Prepare bank deposits and reconcile bank statements;
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records;
- Assist in payroll processing and government contributions;
- Generate financial reports and assist in budget tracking; and
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
