*Candidates must possess a degree in BS in Accountancy or any related field
Responsible for all timely and accurate recording and summarizing of every transaction and encoding to the Accounting System. The preparation of Financial Statement and the general accounting of the company’s transactions.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Shall conducts daily monitoring of sales and expenses.
2. Responsible for the day-to-day general ledger accounting and reconciliation.
3. Shall determine the proper account classification and computation before posting to the peachtree.
4. Shall attend to the systematic filing of all company records which should conform with the company’s required filing system:
a. Daily transaction sheet and sources of original entries covering daily transactions making sure all are duly signed and with appropriate attachment and properly stamped ;
b. Maintains Financial Statements records by filing including its subsidiary schedules.
c. Bookbinding of general and subsidiary ledgers after the end of calendar days.
5. Assists the Senior Cashier in the audit of remittances, disbursements and deposit of cash.
6. Prepares monthly schedules of the following:
a. Accounts Receivable
b. Accounts Payable
c. Balance sheet and supporting schedules
d. Income statement supporting schedule
e. Financial Statement
f. Bank Reconciliation
g. Furniture, Fixtures & Equipments
h. Other schedules necessary
7. Shall conduct inventory of collaterals, securities, accountable forms, supplies, FFE and other fixed assets at least twice a year to double check
8. Prepares annual budget and financial projections of the company
9. Performs other duties and responsibilities inherent to the position and assignments given by the management from time to time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
