Qualifications
- At least 1 year of work experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare account/healthcare industry.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with a customer-first mindset.
- Knowledge of healthcare processes such as eligibility, claims, billing, or medical terminology is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Proficient computer and data entry skills.
- Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma/associate degree/bachelor’s degree.
