Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and client-focused Accounting Solutions Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in finance and accounting, paired with technical expertise in accounting systems and tools. This role involves analyzing client needs, identifying solutions, and ensuring clients maximize the value of their financial tools.
Scope of Task:
- Analyze Client Finances:
- Review client financial transactions and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide recommendations to help clients manage their finances more efficiently.
- Use Accounting Tools:
- Work with platforms like QuickBooks and Billings to manage client accounts.
- Find and fix errors in financial reports.
- Suggest the best tools for clients’ needs.
- Support Clients:
- Help clients use accounting software effectively.
- Offer tailored solutions to solve client challenges.
- Build strong relationships through regular communication.
- Review Reports:
- Check financial reports for accuracy and ensure they match software outputs.
- Keep clear records of recommendations and solutions.
- Work with Teams:
- Collaborate with colleagues to implement client solutions.
- Share feedback to improve software and processes.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Php200.00 - Php230.00 per hour
